Terms of service
Clear expectations for using the WebQuickie website and exploring our services. Paid projects and ongoing care require their own approved service agreement.
Website purpose
This website presents WebQuickie services and examples. It does not create a client relationship, accept payment, or form a service contract.
The inquiry form and checkout pages are currently demonstrations. Using them does not submit a request, reserve a schedule, or create an obligation for either party.
WebQuickie is the service brand shown here. Its legal operator and public support details must be identified before purchases open. Browsing these pages or reviewing a demo is not acceptance of a paid service agreement.
The style previews show a fictional business. Their names, figures, reviews, service prices, and contact details are sample content, not WebQuickie client results or real service offers. Preview forms do not send requests or make bookings.
Pricing and proposals
Published prices are starting prices for informational websites that fit the listed scope. Features, content volume, timing, integrations, accessibility needs, legal needs, and technical complexity can change the final price.
Package prices do not include visitor accounts, databases, web applications, or custom dashboards. These require a custom proposal. Domains, hosting, paid services, and applicable taxes are identified separately unless the proposal includes them.
Work begins only after scope, price, responsibilities, payment terms, ownership, and schedule are confirmed in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Before a real purchase, the final agreement and policy links will be presented clearly for your explicit acceptance. The current checkout acknowledgement confirms only that you understand the demonstration. It is not an order or agreement to pay.
Revisions
- Quick Start starts at $199 for 1 page and includes 1 revision round.
- Signal starts at $299 for 3 pages and includes 2 revision rounds.
- Full Story starts at $499 for 6 pages and includes 3 revision rounds.
One revision round is one consolidated list of feedback or requested changes within the approved direction and scope. Included rounds are listed with each package. New pages, a new visual direction, structural or infrastructure changes, and new functionality need a separate scope review and may require a custom quote. A revision round does not cover unlimited work.
Additional revision rounds cost $75 each within the approved scope for all packages, including Custom. Custom projects receive their included revision allowance in the proposal. Scope or price changes require agreement before extra work begins.
Ongoing care
Ongoing care plan starts at $79 per month and is optional. It is separate from the website project price, included project revisions, and any editing dashboard or content system.
Care covers updates to existing informational text using final wording you provide. Examples include service descriptions, hours, contact details, business information, and approved terms.
Up to 3 text update requests per month, with a combined limit of 60 minutes of work across all requests. Both limits apply. It is not unlimited editing or general website maintenance.
Design, images, colors, typography, animations, page layout, site structure, infrastructure, and features are not included. Care does not include new pages, copywriting, or legal drafting.
Additional fees apply if you exceed 3 requests or 60 minutes of work in a month. Changes outside text care are also separate. We agree on the additional fee before extra work begins. Eligible changes can use a paid revision round. Larger changes need a separate quote. Additional revision rounds cost $75 each within an approved scope. Changes to scope or price require agreement before work begins.
One request is one consolidated list of text edits to existing pages. Clients supply accurate, approved replacement text and identify its location on the existing website. Updating legal wording does not include writing legal terms or reviewing their compliance.
The care agreement must confirm the monthly allowance, turnaround, billing, renewal, cancellation, and treatment of unused allowance before enrollment. Care does not promise unlimited support, immediate changes, continuous monitoring, or technical maintenance. No care subscription is created by this website or its checkout preview.
Checkout, cancellation, and refunds
The checkout preview calculates an estimated package subtotal locally. It does not collect payment information, place an order, store a purchase record, or send email. A confirmation page URL is not proof of payment.
Before payments are enabled, the project agreement and checkout will identify the business, final total, any applicable tax, payment timing, delivery scope, and approved cancellation terms. No deposit or payment schedule is established by this preview.
Read the refund policy scaffold for the current status and the terms that must be settled before purchases open. Nothing on these pages limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Privacy and separate policies
Our privacy policy explains how this website handles information, technical logs, browser choices, and demonstration forms. It is a separate page and does not set the price or scope of a website project.
Our refund policy describes the current payment status and the cancellation decisions that must be finalized before purchases or care enrollment open. These pages do not replace a separately accepted service agreement.
Content responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate facts, timely approvals, and content they have the right to use unless the proposal assigns those responsibilities to WebQuickie.
WebQuickie may decline content or functionality that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or outside the agreed scope.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to:
- Break a law or violate another person’s rights
- Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation
- Introduce harmful code or automated abuse
- Misrepresent an association with WebQuickie
- Copy or republish protected site content beyond what the law allows
Intellectual property
The WebQuickie name, original website copy, visual design, code, and examples are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership transfers merely because you visit the website.
Ownership and licenses for client work will be stated in the project proposal or service agreement. Third party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Third party services
The website may link to or rely on services operated by others. WebQuickie does not control their availability, security, content, pricing, or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
No performance guarantee
Design, performance, SEO, GEO, analytics, and accessibility practices can improve a website foundation. They cannot guarantee traffic, search position, AI citations, conversions, revenue, uninterrupted service, or legal compliance in every jurisdiction.
Any specific commitment must appear in the signed proposal or service agreement.
Website availability
The marketing website is provided as available. Features and content may change, pause, or be removed. WebQuickie does not promise that this website will always be available or free from error.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, WebQuickie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of this marketing website or reliance on its general information.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. A service agreement may include different limits for paid work.
Law and disputes
The governing law and dispute process for paid work will be identified in the applicable proposal or service agreement. This public page does not choose a jurisdiction that has not been confirmed by the business owner.
Changes and review
These terms may be updated as the website or services change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Updates to this public page do not silently change an existing signed service agreement.
This page is a general starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel after the business entity, location, sales process, and contact details are confirmed.
